Very pleased. Very professional and knowledgeable. Shows up prepared with workouts ready to go. Motivating and challenging, yet encouraging as well! I am looking forward to continued my training.Nov 11, 2018Verified
I would 100% recommend Ben. He is very communicative and professional!Oct 24, 2018Verified
Working with Animus Athletics has been a great experience. He has listened and accommodated to my personal goals and not only giving me workout plans but giving explanations and answering any questions I have. He builds a personal and professional relationship with his clients by being super on top of responding to questions and easy to get into contact with.Oct 19, 2018
Great custom workouts around my work life balance schedule. I have recommend him to serious peopleOct 17, 2018
Mr. Ben is the best coach you will ever find. I started training with him at around January 2018 until May as when I graduated from UGA. Adjusted training schedule twice. Tested max once. Finally double all my scores that I am really proud of! The plan he made is excellent. Based on the feedback I have to him. He adjusted and customized it as it suits me perfect. He also introduced me his Youtube channel on how he did pre-warmup which was really helpful. Especially for my back arch issue. I would say he is really devoted also, he loved to share what he knew to his trainees. He made comments on your training videos everyday. But he does get really strict. If you missed out one day training, he would tell you to stick with the plan and moving forward. Once the result printed out, you would start regretting on losing that one day training. He also really dedicated. Not that I can remember that he would ever reply a message over 24 hours. Overall, I think Ben is just really professional on both coaching and competing wise. Wish he can keep doing what he does and making this better and better! Dwyane UGA Alumni Financial Analyst at Big Time Products, the Hillman Group.Oct 23, 2018
