- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a member of exclusive travel networks which allow for my clients to receive complimentary upgrades at luxury hotels (room upgrades, complimentary breakfast, hotel credits for food and beverage or the spa, early and late check-out, and more. These upgrades would not be available to the client if they booked themselves direct or through a third party website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I ask all new clients to fill out my vacation planning form located on my website. This allows me to tailor a custom vacation that is personal and just right for each client. Options with pricing will be emailed to the client thereafter, and I will be available for direct communication via phone or email to answer any questions and book as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is in my extensive personal and professional travel experiences. I have also trained with many hotels, cruise lines, and tourism offices across the world.
