- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the job, and what job requirements are. Please contact me and I will be more the fair. I have special deals for the Disabled, Elderly, and of the Active Military & Veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk with the customer and try to find out the issues they are having with their computers, network, or any other IT services(s). Then I provide them with the appropriate options to solving their issue or specific need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of IT experience, I am well trained and certified in all computer manufactures and peripherals. I have a degree is programming, and extensive knowledge on accessibility solutions for people with disabilities for using computers or other Assistive Technologies.
