Introduction: I care more for my clients than I do with my self. I want what's best for my clients, so I would sometimes extend training sessions just so I can finish knowing that they are getting the most effective workout to achieve their fitness goals in the appropriate amount of time. I want what's best for my clients, I want them to get more comfortable working out and see results! When I gain a client I'm 100% devoted to them, If their not enjoying it, i'm not enjoying it, if their succeeding, i'm succeeding. What I enjoy most about Personal Training is the people, learning about them and putting them in my shoes. I absolutely love to see my clients achieve their goals, there is nothing more rewarding than my clients tell me how happy they are with how they are progressing and reaching their fitness goals! I work with all sorts of different clients, toning, weight loss, strength, and even muscle gaining.

Brian has been my personal trainer for 3 months. Working with him has been a great experience. I have worked with many personal trainers in the past and have not noticed results until I started working with him. He took the time to develop a detailed work out plan and was designed to reach my goal (to build body mass). His optimistic attitude is contagious. I look forward to his work out sessions because they are focused and designed to what I want to accomplish. His professionalism and attitude are impressive and will not let you give up.

Brian is a very professional and motivating trainer. I train with my niece and he always plans challenging work outs, and he takes into consideration our different physical limitations. I look forward to my workouts and we always have fun.
