When we first wanted to rebuild our patio we did about three days worth of research and than that's when we came across Absolute Construction. What really made us consider them is the years they have been in business and the experience of each tradesman, it showed my wife and I that quality of work matters to this company. Now with me already having a great idea of what I wanted in a patio I was pretty stuck in my ways but I was willing to hear what they had for a design and blue prints. When it came to the day of meeting the leads for Absolute Construction, I was more than shocked to find out that I wasn't just sitting down with employees I was sitting with the CEO of the company. I asked him what brought him out to come see us and his response was " big or small every client matters and with me seeing them I can assure that they are truly taken care of". Absolute Construction made the whole experience worth it. It took a total of four weeks to build patio but a week was just us waiting for our imported wood to arrive. Every week they would let us know what they were going to get done and they never left without us seeing the process. I would recommend Absolute Construction to anyone wanting a easy and pleasant experience.

Tom Sr. And Tom Jr. winterized a sunporch for us. They did a fabulous job, even as in the ciurse of the project they discovered more and more things that needed to be fixed that were unanticiapted (mainly issues related to weather exposure, wood rot and previously misconstructed areas of the porch that needed to be revamped.) Any work that went beyond the scope of the initial project was identified and brought to my attention before it was fixed to make sure that we were alk on the same page with the scope of the project. Their work was meticulous, beautiful and thorough. They were courteous, punctual and exceptionally accommodating. They thoroughly cleaned their workspace each day and kept me informed of the progress daily. I was 100% pleased with them and their excellent work! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of project, big or small. They really know what they are doing!

The job is currently underway. We are winterizing a porch. It involved replacing rotten boards and door jams, removing shingles, adding siding, adding electricity and flooring, having the exterior of the newly minted room match the rest of the house and adding baseboard electric heat. I have been very impressed with their work ethic, courteousness, punctuality and desire to make sure we are kept abreast of their progress and any new developments necessitating a change in cost or approach. I would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Construction wholeheartedly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system in place for our services , We have found that every project is unique with it own specific needs, Over the years having a standard pricing system has not been practical for the client or ourselves .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet face to face with all our new customers ,this way we sit down go over the scope of work , show them samples of our work and have samples of product for them to choose from
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally have over 30 years experience in the construction field, the people I hire and train have 15 or more years experience and pass my strict guide lines. This insures that both the client and I will be completely satisfied with the final project
