- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our most popular services are moving, packing, and cleaning. All of our services are offered at a flat rate of $175.00 per hour for a two hour minimum. All services include the truck, hand trucks, experienced professionals, and moving pads (blankets to protect your furniture). Our hourly rate includes all fees for supplies, tools, mileage, and labor. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with exact prices that do not include hidden fees or additional payments on the day of their move. Large Item Base Rates: Piano: $550.00 Pool Table: $350.00 Gun Safes: $350.00 Fish Tanks Over 200 Galloons: $350.00 *Please not these services are unique and generally require specialized equipment and experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the client views our quote, we request their telephone number and e-mail address. An inventory request and new client questionairre is sent via e-mail. Once the client has filled out all their information, we are able to provide them with a professional estimate via e-mail. The client then has a chance to review the estimate and make any changes they may desire. Such as to add/remove services, change the date/time, and etc. Once the client is satisfied with the estimate, they may submit payment to secure their service. Payments can be made partially or in full up until twenty-four hours prior to their service. At this time, payment would be expected in full before any services are rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over twelve years of in the field experience that relates directly to the services we provide. Our employees attend mandatory training courses semi-annually. We pride ourselves on staying up to date on new policies and procedures in the household goods moving industry. We perform residential, commercial (Vanlines), and military moves all over the state of New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.
