Whether it’s one on one personal training, small group pt, online personal training, or hybrid training; I make sure to understand what you want and need before starting so we can take a direct approach and not waste any time with your program. Besides that my results with my clients speak volumes. Ive already gone through the initial hardships a new trainer has so we can just get to work and focus on your success. When we start we take a quantifiable approach by finding out things like what your weight and bodyfat is so we can set goals appropriately. I’ve been working with Scott since the start of the year One thing I like about Scott is his professionalism and being able to start at the basics and correct me if I’m doing something wrong I enjoy working with him

I was not able to train with Scott due to distance being to great from my location but Scott was very helpful in referring me to a close by trainer/gym

I worked with a trainer a few years ago and saw very little results. So, I was very hesitant to try it again but I am so glad that I did! Scott's nutritional plans and personal training has exceeded my expectations! Three months ago, I started at 20.5% body fat and am now down to 10% thanks to Scott! The nutritional plans and training from Scott have been exceptional but his passion for helping people is what really sets him apart. Not only does he listen to your goals but he expands on them and pushes you to succeed. He doesnt just give you your plans and train you, he explains the why in everything which has really helped me understand my body. Scott truly does go above and beyond and I am so glad I started this journey with him. ~Courtney

Scott was the first trainer to sit down with me and create a plan to achieve my goals. From the very start, he took my health, fitness and nutrition very seriously. In his personal time, he would check in with me to make sure I was staying on track. He also made himself accessible if I had any questions or issues. Scott quickly became a person in my life that I didn’t want to disappoint. He kept me accountable and on the path to success, but more importantly, he genuinely cared. My nutrition before Scott was a nightmare. He created a meal plan suitable for my dietary restrictions and was always offering up recipes. He even suggested foods specific to my blood type. I am now aware of the nutrients that benefit me the most and foods in which I should steer clear. His knowledge is invaluable. He has provided me with the necessary tools for long-term success. Scott gave me the nudge I needed to go outside my comfort zone and maximize my full potential. His encouragement pushed me through tough workouts and he always believed in me even when I didn’t. He wanted me to succeed just as much as I wanted myself to succeed. With Scott’s guidance and some hard work on my part, I saw results that I was really proud of. I am forever grateful and appreciative for everything!!

Fitness over "50" isn't always easy. Being 15lbs overweight, having low back issues & Osteopenia caused me to seek out a personal trainer. Three people had convinced me that I needed to go see a guy named Scott Morell. Jan of 2016 I did just that. Scott sat down with me & discussed what my goals were and everything was written down. A workout & a nutrition plan were put in place. I followed it to a tee! (This made all the difference)! With my weight at 137 lbs & body fat at 36% I was devastated! I knew I would have to work out at least 3 days a week. With free weights & cardio I started on my journey. I found this was difficult to overcome because I hadn't worked out for over 20yrs. With Scott's friendship, natural ability to teach & his tremendous amount of knowledge... I was on my way to obtaining my goals. Scott would also send me information to read that he thought would educate & help me better understand the process. He never hesitated to answer any questions that I had! He was always just a phone call or a text away. Thanks to Scott I am now 122lbs & 16% body fat & love seeing muscle! I truly believe having the right trainer along with working hard & believing in yourself promotes success. I couldn't have & wouldn't have done this without him. I recommend Scott as a trainer and I am looking forward to working with him again to further my goals! Always remember transformations are a continual "Journey".
