- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer no-contract monthly memberships and reasonable drop-in rates for those who want to come try out a session!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first meeting with a new client is completely free of charge and gives me a chance to show you our beautiful new facility. It also gives us the opportunity to discuss your purpose for incorporating a new aspect of fitness into your life. I can answer any questions you may have as well as show you a few example exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my ACE certification in personal training, I also have my Bachelor of Science in Public Health from SUNY Potsdam. I am insured as well as CPR/AED certified.
