- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices start off with a "base" price. Changes happen if the updo is really hard and requires more time. Discounts apply to bigger parties and if i'm used for trials and other events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet before the actual event. I recommend trials. I suggest pictures of what you like. Expectations are clearly stated and understood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a licensed cosmetologists and certified make up artist. i'm always finding ways to continue my education and improve my skills.
