Computer needed new cable that connects to hard drive. He spent 2 hours figuring out the problem then looked up the exact part I needed. Once I got the part he helped me install it while downloading a bunch of extra essential applications taking another 2 hours. He couldn't have done anything better. He was fantastic and very friendly. Very diligent and worked hard.
