Spot Tech did a complete overhaul of my data storage. They added multiple layers of redundancy as to protect from freak accidents like I had when a power surge that damaged my computer and my inexpensive data backup that was connected to the same outlet. I am much more confident in my data that is stored. I would definitely recommend people take a look at what would happen if their current physical storage went down. I got lucky.
