What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with narrowing the scope of the project via an in-person meeting, Skype, or phone call. After that we send our prospective client a Statement of Work, which outlines the entire project. When that's approved and signed we move forward to a down payment so we can initialize the project.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we do. Typically design is $65/hour and development is $95/hour. We prefer to bid projects as a whole instead of hourly. However, we do offer our services hourly for support or change orders.

We work with a diverse clientele such as: law firms, other legal companies, real estate companies, bloggers, photographers, retail brands, architectural firms and so on...

Defining a realistic budget is essential for both you and your agency in managing expectations. Often forgotten about until it's too late is creating high quality content (i.e. images, logos, copy).
