FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It honestly depends on the size of the job if it is a small job and can save the customer money to pay me hourly my standard rate is 24 dollars an hour other wise I will bid the job out depending on what the projects is my General rule of thumb for tile work is pretty much whatever you're spending on the material is what the labor will cost but I am very fair priced and usually come in lower then most
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come see what they want done what picture they want to see at the end of the project I will give my advice tell them generally how long it would take what things could come about once starting into the project and give them a bid for the project and then if they agree have them purchase materials themselves. I am happy to pick up material for the customer just like to have them purchase because a lot of companies charge 10% when buying the material themselves
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal education but am signed up to get my carpentry degree starting spring quarter
