- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on difficulty to complete the job. If a room needs painting I ask: Is it occupied with furnishing that need to be moved? Are the floors getting replaced? What in the room is getting painted? Walls? Trim and doors? Ceiling? How many colors? Is there damage to anything that needs to be repaired? All of this factors in to the price of a completed room. That example stands for all size projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reply with a custom response, tailoring it to the specs outlined initially by the customer in their request. Phone conversations are best, followed by an email to recap the conversation
