The work itself was three stars, but the scheduling was 1 star. After waiting for a day they never showed up. Once I took the initiative to ask how come they didn't come I was told that they forgot and that they promised they would be here first thing next morning. Initially I was very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism but the team arrived very late. Once they arrived, they did a good job but was very slow. Later to my surprise, I was charged more than the quote I received and was told that Thumbtack misquoted. I was supposed to be charged for overall work but then later charged per hour. Hi thank you for your review. First of all I am not the team I am the owner. So in this case it was point of view. The initial quote Thumbtack gives is based on your input. If you do not intend to be bi-weekly it is a one time of 245.00. Bi-weekly is 90. Your charge was 180.00 ? My math maybe wrong but? I don’t think so! However, the first time is always more. This was about 3 weeks ago you just paid us today! Despite my invoice systems emails, that you opened because it tells me every time you open it. So you get a 1 on responsiveness. The other reason you feel you paid more is because I hauled away at least 7 medium sized ceramic pots filled with rotted soils, water and other decay away in trailer. They were quite heavy being filled with the bad smells of rot. They charge me at the dump soooooooo? I also cut the roots from what you called flowers with my chainsaw. Hmmmmm never heard of flowers with trunks???? The bill changed only because I honored what you were told on the phone so let’s get that straight. I reduced the bill. But no ma’am I am not going to do 65.00 for all of that sorry nope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry but I don’t like surprises either! Thank you for finally paying us but needless to say we feel the same about our experience.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes I the pricing metric is based on the size of the home and if extras are needed like laundry that is an additional charge. I charge 28-38an hour with a two hour minimum . If it is a 2 person job I charge a standard rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to walk through however that's not always possible. I have a questionnaire that helps me to provide the services that a customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I will receive my II CRC in June in which I will update. I have volunteered for the Red Cross in disaster relief and clean up in 2005. I also beginning classes to refresh my certification in disaster relief.
