Melanie Stevens has taught my daughter piano for years. She is a talented musician and a gifted teacher. I have been very impressed with her ability to adapt her teaching to “where my daughter is” at any given time. She is very kind, extremely patient, and makes the lessons fun. I feel so fortunate to have found her and look forward to continuing lessons as my daughter progresses with piano.

Melanie has been invaluable as a teacher of piano and voice to both of my kids for the past couple years. What I appreciate most about her is the sense of fun she brings to every lesson. It's so important I think to convey that joy because music can provide such a place of peace and happiness in one's life in my opinion. I also really appreciate the live performance experience she provides for each student during the end of year concert. Not only are the students able to work with professional musicians but they also can test their wings when it comes to live performing. I look forward to many more years where my kids continue to explore music with Melanie Vail!

Melanie Stevens is an amazing vocal teacher. I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter since she began lessons just 6 months ago. In addition, she has gained more self-confidence as a performer. I would highly recommend Melanie Stevens.
