Taylor Made Services worked so hard to get my house ready for move-out. In addition to cleaning all the dirt and grime and dog hair off every surface, they went above and beyond by paying attention to tiny details that really made the house sparkle.

Ackeena did a great job deep cleaning our master bath for a house guest we have coming next week. She was available on short notice and only charged/cleaned for 1 hour as I received many quotes were for 2-hours which was not needed for the job. The floors and sinks were spotless, even had our bathmats vacuumed and neatly stacked which was a nice touch. Will definitely consider her for future jobs!

Miss Taylor came to my house promptly on November 8 at the 4:00 p.m. scheduled time to do a walkthrough and discuss exactly what I needed done which I appreciated, as no one else that submitted estimates even extended the idea or offered to come by to see what I needed done, as I am in need of a SERIOUS DEEP CLEAN! We went over my expectations and she had questions about how I wanted things done and I was able to answer her questions and she was able to answer my questions. We agreed on a date and time for next week and so the job has not been completed as of yet but I will certainly be putting my review on line when the job is complete. I had estimates ranging from $100 to $500 for a deep clean and I felt like any company that says that they can do what I specifically asked for in my comments for $108 or $167 is not serious about a potential new customer, as I also put in my comments that depending on how things went, that I will be looking to have general cleaning done on a more "regular basis". Akeena came to my house to check out what I needed done prior to my decision to hire her. She arrived on time even at 4pm with heavy rain and traffic. We did a walk through, I gave her my expectations and we agreed on a date. I had received many other estimates but no other companies agreed to come to see exactly what I needed done. I had some estimates in the $100 range which I knew would NOT be even close to what I would expect to pay for what I need as "deep clean". I would highly recommend giving Taylor Made a chance as she has many years of custodial experience at a public school district as well as current commercial accounts. She is starting to do more residential clients and I am excited to have her come and do my REAL deep clean next week. I will do a review after the job is done but suspect it will also be a 5 star!
