- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to say my prices are set in stone, because they are not. Not all jobs fall into a specific price bracket, so prices may change. I will give discounts for referrals and for recurring customers. Each job is different and I don't want to put restrictions on anything. The prices I have listed are subject to change, if necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure my clients feel comfortable with me in their home. I know it can be a bit stressful having someone come in to your home that you know very little about. When I meet a customer for the first time, before I begin the work I make sure that we both are on the same page with what their expectation is of me while I am there. First and foremost, my customers need to feel comfortable with me, so I will do everything in my power to make sure their questions and concerns are answered before I begin. I want to hopefully have new customers become reoccurring customers, so establishing a relationship with them is my number one goal.
