In a 7 month period, Jeff helped me reduce my weight by 70 lbs, my clothes size went from 3XL to a L (shirts) and a 44 to a 34-36, and my overall medical issues of high blood pressure and Acid Reflux were completely cured. It's also very key for me to find out what motivates you? I do this so I can continue to keep you focused on your goals. Clients will be required to keep food logs or food tracking device/app
