my outside ac(condenser) wasnt running. Had one company come and tell me because my ac system was 7 years old I needed to replace, I found that odd so I called another company. Second company said I needed a new motor and the cost was over $600. My coworker told me about Michael Ramirez. When he came he said it was a bad capacitor, charged me a $100 and also flushed my drain line. I refer him any chance I get!!!

We had Mike come out and install a new AC unit (Outside unit and Air Handler) in our townhome. His pricing was very competitive, and best of all he was extremely professional. He finished the job faster than we had expected, and stayed to make sure everything was running properly and that we were satisfied. His customer service is exceptional, as he has followed up to ensure that everything was running as it should. I would HIGHLY recommend him, and will look to use him in the future for our other homes.

Great and professional response, first for the diagnostic, and then the same with the job performance received. Price was really good, not even compare to what other companies wanted to charge This is the guy to call when having any A/C problems.
