FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To begin, I provide 120 minutes for $100. This can be applied to any Extended Plan WITHIN 7 DAYS. Extended Plans include an unlimited number of sessions, 24/7 support and 100% availability via telephone, real-time and SMS text. For rates and details: contentcoachcounsel.com/rates
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients text or call to set up our first appointment. The hour-long appointment can be a tele-call or video chat. During our first two sessions, I listen carefully and ask questions. Afterward, I write a Plan of Action and my recommendations, which I email to you. For Extended Plans I upload the POA to the Cloud. This way we can both refer to it while we talk, revise, update and add to it. The POA ensures that we focus and meet your objectives. Additionally, I'm open to your ideas and input as to what you need from a Life Coach or Spiritual Counselor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been coaching/counseling since 2007. I do follow International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines and adhere to ICF ethics in my practice. But my most valuable experience comes from having been a child of an alcoholic. I started attending Al-Anon at a young age and benefited from a spiritual way of life and very good "sponsors" or guides. I grew up to sponsor almost a hundred people over the years. I DON'T use the 12 steps in my coaching/counseling, unless asked, but the experience I have working with so many people has proven invaluable. Replacing negative habits with positive habits is the big takeaway. Breaking free from hard and soft addictions is more achievable and freeing than most people believe. Being addiction-free allows me to be totally present for people. Finally, as a teacher for ten years, I worked with children and their parents setting and reaching goals. I'm also a parent of two thriving boys.
