FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For most projects, here's an idea of how a project flows after our initial conversation: 1- First, we listen. Most of our clients have a broad idea of what they are looking for, and yet some just know there is a need but are unsure of a solution. We discuss specifics of what a client needs, and once we've determined the scope of the project we provide a rough estimate of time and materials as well as how the entire design process will progress. After a verbal agreement we usually draw up a simple contract to finalize the hiring process. 2- Upon being hired, we start constructing a rough mock. This mock is usually turned around to the client rather quickly, aiming primarily to gain feedback from our clients to see if we are heading in the right direction. Sometimes a project transforms from one idea to another rather quickly, and this is the opportunity to set the tracks of where the project is going. 3- Once you're happy with the direction of the project, we work toward a final product. You will be given further opportunities here to provide feedback on the project. 4- Once the final revisions are made we deliver the finished product! Depending on payment structure or the scope of the project we might have a continuing work relationship after this point, but for plenty of people this is where we say goodbye until the next time!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with everything from Screenprint and Sublimation apparel, Print collateral for small businesses, Website design for million-dollar enterprises, and Live Streaming/Video production for online broadcasts.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A current project under construction is the website NWStraining.com. This company aims to serve car dealerships by offering weekly online broadcasts for entertainment and training purposes. Each partner dealership is given invitation codes which direct new users to their dealership-specific content.
