Seeing how happy everyone is with a finished, well-planned event that is enjoyable and stress free to all parties involved puts a smile on my face. I am a very organized and detail-oriented person. Most people are not like me, so helping them to be organized and stress free about their event gives me job satisfaction. Most people, when planning a large event, don't know where to start and get overwhelmed with all the choices they have.
