- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every house, client, contract and need is different. For one time jobs I charge a flat rate. This allows the client to control what services they want to pay for. Recurring jobs are priced differently. But to give and idea of services and price: Initial visits are usually the most expensive depending on the last time yard was serviced. Rates for recurring work - Start at $35/hour with 3-5 man hours. (Time always depends on scoop of work.) -Leaf removal. ($75) -Mowing. ($55) -Trimming. $6/per bush or shrub trimmed *We do not cut trees over 8ft. -Weed removal & treatment ($55) -Edging ($12) -Poop Removal ($25) And we also provide Mulch removal & application services. *Rates are subject to change based work load and recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to visit the client and walk the yard with or without the client to provide a more fair pricing and accurate rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Hands on training from doing lawn care work in NYC, for friends and neighbors. Also work along side large Landscaping Companies in the Tampa Bay Area, allowed me to learn things I didn't know before.
