Paid him in advance for the month, he showed up once and then never showed up again! I tried texting and calling and got no response!Dec 12, 2018Verified

They were very punctual and professional. Great price and the yard looks great!Mar 4, 2018Verified
Called Lamar on a Thursday and he worked me in first thing Saturday morning. Did a real nice job. HIs edging is top notch as he cut out well around sprinkler heads. Also picked up spare grass. Also I was out for part of the job and he texted me when he had to go to the gas station to get some extra gas. To me that is an example of great communication. I intend to keep using LCS Pros. Appreciate and value the service.Jun 18, 2017Lawn Care Service Pros's reply
Thank you. I always try to treat every yard as if it were my own. And communication is key in every relationship.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every house, client, contract and need is different. For one time jobs I charge a flat rate. This allows the client to control what services they want to pay for. Recurring jobs are priced differently. But to give and idea of services and price: Initial visits are usually the most expensive depending on the last time yard was serviced. Rates for recurring work - Start at $35/hour with 3-5 man hours. (Time always depends on scoop of work.) -Leaf removal. ($75) -Mowing. ($55) -Trimming. $6/per bush or shrub trimmed *We do not cut trees over 8ft. -Weed removal & treatment ($55) -Edging ($12) -Poop Removal ($25) And we also provide Mulch removal & application services. *Rates are subject to change based work load and recurring services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to visit the client and walk the yard with or without the client to provide a more fair pricing and accurate rate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Hands on training from doing lawn care work in NYC, for friends and neighbors. Also work along side large Landscaping Companies in the Tampa Bay Area, allowed me to learn things I didn't know before.
