- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on the services required, when working with a new client, I have them fill out a questionnaire that answers questions relavent to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales University in Miami and Rhode Island. I've worked various segments of the restaurant industry, such as convention centers, restaurants, sports arenas and stadiums. I have also taught culinary arts for the past 8 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Needing to supplement my income from my regular job, I figured this would be a great way to do that.
