I've attended several of the Fit Camps run by Anna. She is sure that everyone there understands the exercise at each of the stations by demonstrating and pointing out correct body positions and alignments necessary to gain ultimate results safely. She also suggests alternative moves to increase gains or allow for easier workout for beginners. She is extremely supportive and encouraging to all participants! I highly recommend that you come take some fitness sessions with Anna Fotopoulous. Like most people I have been in shape and also out of shape and she knows how to help you where you're at with whatever limitations or adjustments you need. She will help you to maximize your potential and reach the goals you want to accomplish and is always positive in teaching me the proper form to do the exercise correctly. I highly recommend working with Anna she is "top drawer" and always enthusiastic to help me get fit !!! Now go take a class with her and see what I mean you will feel better and stronger and her instruction will help improve your energy and your day to day life.... you deserve it and she will guide you to an improved health and wellness. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, it is given upon a request, price can be adjusted if a costumer buys few sessions ahead. Also there is cheaper pricing for outdoors...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I would like to meet in person and talk about regular daily routine, job, activities, sleep, health issues and injuries, if any, meals and especially about client's goals. Then I would create an individual plan to specifically fit a client based on the information given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went through 6 months - 600 hours of theory and hands on experience and graduated from NPTI - National Personal Training Institute. I wanted to expand my knowledge and went through Kettle Bell, TRX and Speedblast Certifications.
