Introduction: My name is Drake Burr and I’m a mobile personal trainer serving the Tampa Bay area that specializes in calisthenic exercises (body weight exercises), senior fitness and fitness nutrition. I have 14 years of training and dieting experience and eight years of coaching experience with clients. My ultimate goal in working with clients is to help them have fun with their exercise and nutrition program. Customized programing requires dedication and hard work, but that doesn’t mean that you need to starve yourself or miss out on your favorite foods and beverages. I can help you find a healthy balance between eating clean and indulging in your favorite treat meal so that you continue to see progress while at the same time getting your food fix.

I've been working with Drake for several years now. I would highly recommend him. I love that he comes directly to my house and has a very flexible schedule. He is constantly texting me to motivate me to go further and work harder. He really cares about his clients and making sure they achieve results. Would highly recommend.

I exercise regularly. But since I have stopped marathoning I have put on a few lbs. Drake has been the right kick in my behind to reach another level of fitness.

I studied Exercise Science at FSU and have been a Command Fitness Leader in the Navy over the last 5 years. I absolutely love reading and recommending Drake’s book and articles to my team. He breaks down complicated physiology and metabolic concepts in a very simple and concise manner through very clever analogies. I highly recommend his teachings to beginners and to coaches who struggle to explain the concepts in Fitness training and nutrition.

This E-Book blew my mind. I study fitness a lot, and I mean A LOT. And I was simply blown away with the amount of quality information in this book. I've struggled with carbs. I've tried not eating any, I've tried eating a little, I tried fitting them into my macros, EVERYTHING. But now, after reading Drakes book, I have a clear vision on everything I've been doing wrong. I highly recommend this book. Thanks for over delivering yet again, Drake!
