FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For painting I like to stay very reasonable & discuss pricing since everyone has different budgets. I never charge for travel time either since I believe your not on the clock until you start working.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start I schedule an appoint to come view the work that they'd like to have done. I then go through a variety of questions just to get the best idea of what the customer wants. Once I have all the information I need I start going over all the options they might have for that particular job & come up with a ruff estimate. Usually within a day I figure out the pricing on materials & contact the customer with the final price to do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years in the painters union doing interior painting & metal refinishing for the casinos & residential work. From there my father opened his own business doing painting which I worked with him until he retired. Once he retired in 2012 I opened my business following in his footsteps.
