Scott decided to take the job to build a carport despite him not having a contractor's license. The carport leaks and was very cheaply made. He charged me $3,500. Because the carport was not built to code, I have to tear it down and start all over. Scott might be good for stair railings, but be careful as he doesn't have a contractor's license and will take a job he has no business working on.
