FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes the base fee, which covers an hour photoshoot and post-processing. Editing can take anywhere from 2 - 4 hours total, depending on the size of the job. I do not return unedited or raw photos. There is an additional travel fee of $25/hour for clients outside of the Tampa Bay area. For large jobs, a small deposit may be required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to discuss with them their vision for the shoot. I will usually ask them to send me some pictures they have seen that is closest to their vision so I can get idea of the style they like. I ask them to view my prior work to make sure we are a fit for one another. Once we have decided to move forward, we will discuss details such as meeting location, time, and the final quote. After the shoot, I try to get the final photos back to clients within 7 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught. I spend a lot of time on blogs, reading articles, and watching YouTube to learn new techniques. I then use my family and friends as models to practice those new techniques. :) I also enjoy taking online workshops to learn more about the craft and further define my style.
