FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates as well as customization packages so that students are only paying for exactly the services they need. We offer discounts for up front payments and scholarships for students in foster care, as well as high aptitude/low income students and their families. Resume work and career coaching work on a sliding scale as well so everything can be tailored to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new client begins their session with a free initial consultation with the founder, to go over what the student and their families are looking for. Are they wanting help narrowing down choices of colleges to apply to? Do they need help with applications and college essays? Are they in need of aptitude testing and career inventories to be able to choose a major and related career path? Are they already in college but want an advisor to help them each semester to create schedules and map out a four year plan for them? Are they are current professional who wants help creating a knockout resume and building a personal brand? Are the traditional methods of applying to jobs not getting the results they need? We also offer both hourly consulting and packages to meet any student's needs and everything is fully customization so that you are never paying for services you don't need.
