Roberto was prompt and very fun to work with. My husband and I both got really good vibes and both felt very comfortable working with him. You can tell he knows what he's doing behind the camera. He was moving furniture and props around just to get the perfect shot and made some jokes and really makes you feel at ease. He tells you what to do and move and how to adjust to get the perfect shot, which is something someone like me (who feels totally awkward and clueless behind a camera) really appreciates. He was patient and took the time to get every single family and individual friend photo we wanted, and still timed the timing perfectly so we still got the perfect shots together at sunset on the beach. Highly recommend him to anyone and we can't wait to see our photos!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: First contact to learn about the details of the day and service requirements. Step 2: Answer any questions or concerns Step 3: Booking process payments and deposits so can block the date and times. Step 4: Follow up consultations to be sure all details are accurate Step 5: Perform the Photography service Required Step 6: Download and Back up all the images from the event and start the selection and editing process Step 7: Final Delivery of requested images and media formats Step 8: Follow up upon receive Step 9: Offload and back up all images to a safe long term storage unit to prevent photos from damage or lost Step10: Final follow up and feedback request.
