They can actually finish a move. They did not take everything, so we had to go back the next day for three more trips in a truck. One of the guys was completely unprofessional in every way. The other two were great. I would not recommend them to anyone. I would give one star if it weren’t for the two guys. They nicked our walls and dirtied them in some places. Such a bad experience all around. And we still tipped them well because they were all apparently not the movers scheduled for our move. Those guys were running late.Apr 23, 2018Verified
I requested—and paid for—3 movers, but only 2 showed up, and they were 1.5 hours late though I told them I was on a tight schedule when they called me the day before. The office phone went completely unanswered when I called repeatedly to find out where they were. After the move, I discovered that my 55” TV, less than a year old, was completely ruined in the move (see attached). The office phone went completely unanswered when I called once again. I decided to call one of the movers directly, and he came to my place and took photos of the device to show his boss—that was 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to hear back from Rob or Jason. Minus the television issue which we spoke about we're a little surprised with this review as you praised our guys and thanked us deeply for sending out such a great team. Regarding your tv (as with all items insured moving companies damage from time to time), we put it through our insurance company and we received an approval from our insurance company this past Friday later in the evening. We were going to be calling you this afternoon about your television replacement, and Rob will be calling you today to go over the details. Other than this tv issue which we are replacing and the late arrival which was caused due to our movers finishing their prior move a little later than we anticipated, we're happy all else was delivered without issue and that we were able to get you moved. Thank you again for choosing us and enjoy your new home!
called and said they would be at my house at 10:30am and my appointment was between 8-9am. Then did not show up. They text stating they could not do the move because they could not get a truck. I reserved a truck and spent hours trying to get them to respond to see if they could just send the guys. Finally answered and said they would be there in an hour, two hours later they showed up. Movers were nice and worked hard. I could not get Jason or Rob to answer my calls or text. There was a lot of broken items and they who’ll not return my calls or text to satisfy broken items.
