First of all I want to apologize for any spelling or grammatical errors in this review. Typing this has me fuming but I hope it will save someone else from the headaches and troubles I endured. I 100% would NOT recommend BethAnne. I hired her to help me unpack and organize my home. I am a working (fulltime) mother of 3 little boys (6 months, 2 years and 3 years.) I am also the caregiver of my father. I really needed help unpacking and organizing since we recently moved. BethAnne came and seemed really eager and energetic. I thought she would have been awesome. We agreed for her to come for 2 days to plan everything and 1 day for her actually to do the work. I even hired extra help and arranged for her to also have 4 helpers to unpack, organize and clean at her direction. Well, lets just say planning and organzing are NOT her strong suits. I explained to her I wanted her to start in one room and finish before going onto the next. I hate it when people do a little bit of everything and never completing one entire task. That’s exactly what she did. She jumped around from room to room. She unpacked boxes and just put stuff randomly into cabinets in the kitchen. Nothing had any kind of order. I had multiple cabinets with a combination of cups and tuber wares. Misc. utensils were shoved into different drawers. One of the main tasks I gave her was to come up with a solution for shelving in the laundry room closet. She went to Home Depot bought some raw, splintery unfinished wood, came back and nailed into my wall. A lot of the wood did not fit so she had to take it back and again returned with incorrect sizes. I am now stuck with a bunch of misc. pieces of scrap wood and what’s even more upsetting is I paid $85 for it and still no shelves!!! When she returned from Home Depot the 3rd time she even had the audacity to tell me she under quoted me by accident because she added wrong and it was going to be $350 instead of the $280 we had agreed to. PLUS the unwanted, unfinished materials! I was so exhausted and extremely frustrated. I did not want any confrontation and wanted it all to be over with so I paid her. I contacted her the next day after I had calmed down to tell her I was not happy and she didn’t do anything we had agreed to. I debated on whether or not I should cancel the check but I didn’t. I wanted to give her the chance to correct the issues. She pretty much responded quickly saying “oh well too bad”. She never called me back to try to correct anything. I had to hire the crew of 4 again and stayed up late for 3 days trying to correct the disaster she created. I would have rather left everything in boxes and did it myself. Please save your money and DO NOT HIRE HER!!!!! Willard Allison Cleaning is amazing. They showed up and actually organized things properly. Shannon is super OCD and did an amazing job. The difference in my home is amazing. I open my linen closet or my clothes closets and I can find what I need immediately. My book shelves are neat and very presentable. It is a joy to relax in my living room and I feel positive about having company over, now,Mar 13, 2018Verified

I apply concepts of customized solutions, not just "in the box" pre-fabricated ideas. I love the challenge of doing FANTASTIC work on a budget.
