- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process varies a great deal depending on the needs of the customer. We offer services that range from helping create and plan an event at conception, to cleaning up after the big event. It all begins with us getting to know you and your event, we then offer our expertise to best serve YOU.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the hospitality industry as a busser, server, bartender, restaurant manager, and bar manager for 12 years. I have experience ranging from full-service formal dining to turn-and-burn high volume night clubs. I've personally trained over 150 bartenders, servers and VIP attendants throughout my career. I know this industry like the back of my hand. Part of my experience took place in Tennessee where I received a special license as a responsible vendor- meaning I know how to keep people having a great time while also keeping them safe.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a natural development from my many years of experience doing this type of work in bars and restaurants.
