Chef Christophe was nothing shy of amazing. He responded in a timely manner, was very flexible / understanding and would work with whatever we wanted, shared so much knowledge, very friendly, and Most importantly…the food was incredible!! Chef was great! He was punctual, very personable, and made delicious dishes. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our private dinner and getting to know Christophe was a pleasure. He even gave us tips for cooking, and showed us how to use simple ingredients to make amazing dishes. We agreed we will definitely hire him again. Thank you for making our date night memorable. Absolutely amazing! From our first contact with Christophe to finding our kitchen spotless at the end of the night, he did not disappoint. He was professional and personable and fit right in with our group. He happily shared his expertise and allowed everyone to watch and ask questions. The food was perfectly delicious and service impeccable. We highly recommend Christophe and look forward to having him cook for us again!! There is no better deal out there. My formal training allows me to be extremely versatile and bring you the best techniques and methods. Once you have your first event, you will be hooked.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and discuss in details what your goals and expectations are. We can discuss your preferences and the type of food you are interested in learning or eating with your guests. We can go as fast as you choose to. I am very patient and love to teach you how to eat clean and healthy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Nice for 3 years and obtained a Masters Degree in Culinary Arts. I worked in Monte-Carlo, Spain and Nice. I am a fully trained butcher and received double training in school for Pastry and Cooking.
