- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $35 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. My price is labor only the homeowner is responsible for buying all material. I can pick up material and deliver to the job after homeowner purchases it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I see all new customers with in 1 hour after they contact me. I look at the job and give them my price. If they agree on the price I write up a proposal we both sign I get a deposit on the job and schedule the work to start the next day on bigger jobs there will be payouts through out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the residential construction business for going on 30 years.
