don't hire unproven workers and hire more than one worker to do a job that would require at least 2 workers
stop making excuses about everything
keep appointments
be honest and when you are fired, don't help yourself to tools that are not yours
I had to hire another company to clean up the mistakes (tape was left on the pool tiles for 3 weeks. concrete splatters and the "extenders" were concreted over instead of being uncovered causing the concrete to crack
