- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our minimum job is $5,000 with the reason being we have two full-time crews and support staff to ensure every project is completed on time and within budget. We don't take a deposit and sit on the project for months on end; we schedule the work and rain or shine (typically) we get the job done to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the budget is agreed upon, we schedule a time for a site visit or video chat to discuss the scope of the project. Then we provide a proposal in 24 hours or less, along with a timeframe for completion. Upon the signed proposal, a deposit is paid and we move to material selection and firm up the design work. Then the final estimate is signed and we start the project. After project completion, we tour the job with the client to ensure 100% satisfaction. We're human and we've made mistakes in the past, so we always correct any issues during that final inspection with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 13 years experience in remodeling, rehabbing, flipping and brokerage. We try and encourage clients to spend their hard-earned dollars on improvements that will add value to their home so they can reap the benefit if they ever decide to sell.
