Had my Ac replaced a little over a year ago they left holes in the drywall and exposed ductwork in the bathroom. I was told it was the only way they could have run the duct, however when I finally saved enough to get a contractor to fix the drywall and box in the duct work they refused to do it because it is a safety hazard.Sep 25, 2017Review from Google

They receive a call from our National Member Assistance Center to ensure the best Project Consultant in their area is scheduled to meet with them. A block of time is dedicated for that Project Consultant to spend with that specific customer to determine the best solution for their home. When you hire Sears HVAC experts to install* a whole house air conditioner, furnace, or other HVAC unit, we take these steps to ensure you get the right product for your home. We provide air conditioning installation for every type of unit as well as replacement and installation of old and inefficient central, air conditioning units, giving you the peace of mind that comes with a reliable new air conditioning system. Instead of continuing expensive repairs on an old system and the stress of never knowing when your system might stop working again, consider installing a new air conditioning system from Sears Home Services. To make sure the unit you select is the right size for your home, the Sears HVAC expert does an electronic load calculation estimate to determine the exact type of heat and air conditioning system that’s just right for your home–we don’t just replace it with the same size unit you currently have. These calculations take into consideration things such as the size of your home, its exposure to the sun and wind, the number and size of windows, how well insulated it is and more. This step is essential so the unit isn’t too small or too large–both waste energy. We discuss HVAC accessory options. Sears offers optional accessories that make your home more comfortable, such as air filtration system, furnace humidifier, and a programmable thermostat. We look at things that affect your HVAC system and to make sure your new HVAC system does the best job it can do, we go beyond just installing a new heating or cooling unit. - Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Everything went well during the installation as well as the initial visit from the sales representative who came to my home to talk to me about the products and financing. The sales representative was very caring and discussed my options in depth concerning my financing which I thought was very professional. I was very pleased with the whole process. Sears team went above and beyond our expectations to get the job completed. From scheduling, to revising a game plan, to the actual installation was a breeze. Plus the courtesy the calls afterwards to ensure we were pleased wrapped it up. I feel like we should have called sooner to get our AC setup and going. Thank you for a great job!
