- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Detailed pricing information is included on our website. Carpet starts at $0.89 per sq ft and installation packages start at $1.99 per sq ft. Discounts are available for commercial installations and bulk discounts are available as well. Call us today for details!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted, we provide a rough estimate for the cost of our services. For smaller jobs - including restretches, repairs and carpet removal - this number is usually very accurate and will not change. For larger installation jobs, we come out for a free estimate within 72 hours of first contact. All installations are scheduled within 7 days of the deposit being received.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be wary of "free installations." Most of our carpet repairs come from customers who received a free installation from a company that subcontracted the install to the cheapest installer available.
