It is so hard to fine a handyman of such high caliber here in Florida. Robert responded promptly, was timely, professional, reasonably priced, and did high quality work. He was conscientious and attentive to detail. The newly installed kitchen backsplash tile looks so beautiful. We are so satisfied that we are also hiring him to do some outside brick paver work for us. Highly Recommend!!!

A rather large whole-house fan going though a narrow attic entrance in my closet seemed daunting if not impossible, but Roberto made it in a way so smart which I consider to be his trade secret that has impressed me profoundly. I am confident that Roberto will do all his handyman's work well and would like to recommend him strongly whenever you need a handyman.

Mr grinder Renovations was very presentable very friendly and somewhat knowledgeable of All Phases of construction and handyman services. Has installed some toilets and bathroom ventilations the proper way unlike others he has done some good electrical work but not up to code. He admitted he his not a lic. Electrition even though I told him inspector will be checking the electrical work then he finally made it up to code the next 2 days at another cost. I like the guy seems the job got to personal that I called him 2 weeks later to replace 2 water valves in the laundry room he said.... Last time I gave you wrong estimate we both wasn't happy . Now I'm happy to do it perfect for $500 .So I find that insanely stupid but his prices are hus prices Soo we decided to go with someone else.What a shame nice guy. Hope he gets his electrical lic.

We chose one of the hardest layouts Roberto and Gary walked us through all our options, made great recommendations and worked extremely hard to get the project done . They did an amazing job. The result is stunning and beyond our expectations. We have several plans for future projects and will be coming to him first.
