- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Look at pool and equipment, test chemicals, and let client know the plan to getting the pool in the best shape possible. I always email/text pictures and explain what I did that day for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPO certified and continue education at pool and spa shows. Equipment and tools are always changing.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently took on a job that had small amount of algae and the water looked dull. The very next visit algae was gone (expected) but the water was sparkling like a well balanced pool should.
