They came to look and were supposed to provide a quote but never did. They wanted to know how much I wanted to spend. I was not happy with this experience.Jan 14, 2019VerifiedRemedy cooling and heating's reply
I am sorry that you are disappointed in our service, however I do find it helpful to ask for a budget, due to various bands available at different prices, this helps me when doing a quote and finding the perfect system/merchandise to fit my customers. Unfortunately if this did offended you, I am truly sorry, however I do put my customers satisfaction first and this is a part of my company protocol, so that my customers are completely satisfied and comfortable with prices and services from the beginning to end of install. Remedy Cooling and Heating wishes you well on your project.
He was the first person to respond and the only person who could fix the issue. Used local company and after few failed attempts I posted here. I am so glad it’s fixed. Great professional and very knowledgeable!Oct 27, 2018Verified
Remy and his team were awesome. Punctual, professional and highly skilled. Took the time to explain everything about the unit. This installation was not easy in our condo complex but his determination and skill made the job well done. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. A+Oct 11, 2018Verified
From our initial text to the final payment, Remy is a consumate professional and just an all around pleasure to work with. He and his team installed our basement HVAC system in two days, all the while staying in contact with me while I was at work-- notifying me of an unexpected problems or opportunities. I can't say enough about his work.Sep 19, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge a fee of $100 to come and assess the issue. Then from there I am able to resolve the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I assess the issue and let the customer know what I need to do to resolve it. I let the customer know what the cost will be, and then I am able to fix the problem for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I went to a trade school to learn HVAC in a year long program. I received my EPA Universal Certification which allows me to work on any system that involves HVAC. I have been working in this field of work for the past 8 years.
