Introduction: I am very experienced. I have worked for corporations, town events, parties, libraries and fundraisers. When I do a birthday I bring a special gift balloon for birthday child. Ciel is the best at what she does! She exceeded my expectations as far as balloon twisting goes. She was punctual, very friendly & the kids loved their balloons. I would definitely recommend her for any event & will book her again for anything else I have going on. Thank you so much Ciel ❤️

Ceil is phenomenal at what she does! She was professional from the start and was as sweet as can be! The kids and adults were truly impressed with her skills and personality! We will use her again in the future for sure!!!!

Ciel’s rates were excellent. She arrived early and was ready to go. The kids at our son’s 5th birthday party all loved their balloons and she made the best special balloon for him based on his party theme - he played with it most of the night after his guests left!

I can’t say enough good things about Balloons by Ciel! Ciel arrived on time (even a little before the party to get set up) and immediately started making AMAZING balloons! She had a special balloon for our little girl and made some spectacular creations during the two hours she was there. She was so patient and nice and took tons of orders during the two hours she was there. My only regret is that we didn’t have her there even longer! So much fun and she was definitely a hit. Definitely hire her!!!!
