Dave was great, on time, professional, and really nice. He even met me at Home depot to pick up my flooring. Will hire him again.Apr 8, 2017VerifiedDavid K.'s reply
Thanks Stephanie it was a pleasure!
The 2 star rating is due to the fact that our in process job is held up for a week+due to a material shortage. Not sure if it was the fault of the supplier or contractor. I will update review when job is complete.Jun 5, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process is to get to know as much as possible about my customers needs. First, I like to speak with my customer to set up a time that works for them so I can meet at their home and discuss your needs. If all goes well I will take measurements of the area and provide a free estimate. Last, I like to discuss a date and time for installation of the product. It's always important for me to be personal with customers, like most of them I have a budget and a family and I understand that your choice of flooring is very important to you because it's something that you plan to look at for a very long time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the flooring business working for myself and other contractors as well as flooring stores for over 17 years. I started in sales and have been installing since 2002. I'm not just a floor guy I also have a business degree and many training courses completed over the years to become an expert in my field. I've travelled to many seminars and training courses up and down the east coast to learn my trade inside and out.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I started in the flooring industry by selling flooring for one of the worlds largest flooring companies and after 3 1/2 years of learning and studying all aspects of flooring and gaining the knowledge to feel comfortable passing it on I also worked for a friend learning the installation aspect for 2 more years. Now I've been in this line of work for over 17 years and have provided my services to hundreds of satisfied customers!
