We also are able to certify a pre-owned home and give a move in certified certificate to homes that we have pre-inspected and ready are to move into. We have been in business since 1975. What a fabulous experience with Neal Development! I had a specific concern with a home that I was under contract on and I hired Neal Development because of their experience with construction. Larry spoke with me directly and I felt very comfortable with him. He came out two days later (my requested date/time) and met with me and we walked through the house together. Personal service! It doesn't get any better than this! I was so very pleased with their service and genuine caring! The home turned out to be just fine and I am moving ahead with the purchase. Neal Development is top notch!

They inspected an eight year old home in Lakes of Mount Dora and we found the people in the firm to be prompt, on time, did a thorough inspection and gave a wonderful report showing the homes plus points and minus points which made it possible for us to feel confident purchasing the home. There report also had many pictures and explanations of their review of the property.

Great Job. Inspector was very personable and polite. Showed up on time. Taught me alot about maintenance items. Really liked the infared inspection. It looked like he could see into the walls for hidden moisture or electrical problems. He was very knowledgable about construction in general.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first take a telephone intake to make sure they are getting the best inspections for their needs including insurance and closing requirements. We like when the homeowner or buyer comes with the inspector so that he may answer any questions they have about the condition of their home.
