Complete the job the first time, and follow through in a reasonable time when there is an issue. Clean up better afterwards I had concrete splatter on my door and siding, garbage left in the yard

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the customer's idea of what they would like done and then show the samples of a few different options so they can get exactly what they would like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years or concrete finishing experience and am also a certified epoxy installer.
