I have had several jobs completed by Superior Installations including hardwood, carpet and tile. Mr. Haggard was extremely knowledgable, professional and and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I have had so many compliments on my floors, as he did an impeccable job. I would highly recommend him for any type of install.

NOT GOOD!!! HORRIBLE!!!

This came from a customer that sent me a text, telling me how great job looked and turned out! Unfortunately, I left a little adhesive on her area rug, which I certainly didn't expect. I returned, bought remover to do clean it up, bought her a new broom, did everything she asked to make it right, and she has done nothing but bad-mouthed me since! I went above and beyond to be professional, and take care of any issues. Unfortunately, you run into jobs in this business, where some people are looking for getting something for nothing. Please view any of jobs or customers that I have done, they will tell you that they are completely happy and would recommend me to anyone!
