Stephanie was very quick to respond to my Thumbtack request. We had water that had leaked in during the last rainstorms, so we had wet carpet, wet sheetrock, wet insulation. Mark and Luke quickly diagnosed the problem and set out to fix it, removing damaged sheetrock and insulation and repairing the drainpipe from the roof. And preparing a thorough estimate. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our estimates are FREE. Every mold job is unique. We do however use an insurance based pricing program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We come out to the premises to take a look at the issue and then submit a detailed estimate along with our insurance policies and certifications, all of this at no charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have several certifications which are always sent with our initial contact with the customer.
